Oil is under 50 dollars a barrel. Is this a conspiracy?

All you liberals who were saying the evil oil companies were gouging us at the 4 dollar prices. Explain the current trend.

Its funny. One guy below actually believes there is a conspiracy either way. If prices go up.. its gouging. If they go down its to preserve their industry.
