Question by so cal: i dont know what to do about this dandruff or eczema on scalp?
i do everything right,stay out of the sun for long times,drink lots of water,eat healthy,workout,dont use hair products,use regular and medicated shampoos,rinse with cold water,wash hair every 2-3 days,,take vitamins,brush hair,sometimes use home stuff like,olive oil,,vinager,lemon,and ive taken wheat germ and tea tree oil with no luck,,,i dont know what else to do i want to cut my whole scalp off,,theres really no dandruff on the top its all on the back of my head and thats the worst you cant see it,,please help about to kill myself to get rid of it,,im a hermit in my own house i never wanna leave,,,im a 21 year old male afraid to leave the house or go to stores

For me natural treatment worked better than prescription medications. . I cleared my eczema with serenaskin herbal remedies in less than 2 weeks. They do not have side effects like steroid creams. Itching subsided after first application of ointment and spray, I felt a relief right away, and I also took eczema extract to prevent future flare ups. It has been several months ago and my skin is still clear.
