Great video. Is that a Toskana SunJet 150 Mini Solar Pump? Looks like it but the panel looks a little bigger in your video.
what kind of pump is that? and what size is the solar panel? I have looking for something exactly this.
Indeed, current drops because cells are connecting in sereis:
it is as you take long but narrow river, and drop stone in one place: you will practically stop all current!
The same for PV pannels: for example, shaddow from arm above PV pannel will cut current let’s say from 5 A to 2,5 A!
Even 1-3 cells shaddowed will dramatically reduce PV power: all these need to take into account, do not installing PV pannels in places, where tree’s etc shaddows will drop on it during the day.
