These indeed would be tiny.
Ask yourself what they are intended for, if 12 to 24 volts a yacht chandler might help.
Can’t say I’ve ever seen one that small outside a lab.

I do not believe you will find anything that small to generate power. They do sell ‘models’ this small, yet they are mostly for educational purposes (i.e. to see how wind turbines work).
