7. You need to take a Giant-Step up from Pulse width modulation/electrolisis to what Mr.Meyer was doing before he was taken from this world. Scientists were ALARMED at the rate he was producing hydrogen.. so much that smoking was barred from which building the experiments were demonstrated in!!
