Has anyone heard about this?
Over in the UK a wind turbine blade was smashed at 4:00 am. The turbine which is used to generate electric is 290 feet off the ground and the blade is 65 feet long. There are no reports of aircraft hitting it and the wind isn’t strong enough to do that kind of damage.
I’ll admit I think the vast majority of UFO cases can be explained but if this really happened then that is just weird and honestly scary.
Here is link to the Sun Newspaper. In the right corner there is picture of the turbine.

Let me know what you think. Thanks.
Actually I put the wrong link, here’s the right one.

The cold weather may have weakened it, or there may have been an inherent flaw in that particular blade.
twas the FSM trying to mess with us again.
The tentacles where his noodly appendages.
Oh geez…something strange happens so automatically people assume it’s a UFO or something. How is it, an alien race can make a space ship that can travel for billions of miles to our planet, can fly around undetected, yet can’t dodge a turbine? Now that doesn’t make any sense.
They fly half way across the galaxy and then collide with a windmill, how embarrassing!
Of course it could just have been a faulty blade.
The “UFO” in the photo is a false sun or parhelion, a common phenomenon caused by ice crystals in the atmosphere.
I find it funny how the woman who saw lights in the sky a few hours before and was able to photograph them didn’t show the picture which may have given more weight to the idea that a ufo hit the wind turbine.
1) This is NOT lightning, it was sub zero out there, lightning does not form at these conditions so no lightning, thunder or ball lighting
2) Army Base – the 4th biggest barracks are located 40 km away from this turbine, and unmanned ariel drones are seen frequently, ask your family or friends if you have any there, you will find they are quite common. The many tornado fighters they test out there can rip up land or objects that are within 30 ft below it – if can quite literally rip up land and is not allowed to stay on runways at full blast for more than 20 seconds.
3) the temperatures could easily of done this, all it can take is a rise in 1 degree to transform an object.
Important ~~~ that other turbine blade was taken from the owners and sent to germany for officail reports to see what caused it to tear of ~~~
weird,,, really weird
iv also read large parts of the turbine are missing
ppl saying mayeb the arm fell off and hit the other, smashing it…
but tbh i dont think it was that windy,, sum1 should check the weather reports. i doubt they were even moving at all
as im not that far away from linconshire, and here it was just cold and stil….
i would highly think something very abnormal has happend here
This is the kind of thing that needs a thorough air-crash-type investigation. Establish which direction the turbine was struck from, whether paint or any other substance was left by whatever struck it, have a thorough search of the local area for any debris which might have come from the turbine or whatever hit it, collect any photos or witness statements that might help to clarify the situation.
