To agriculture: Volcanic soil is extremely fertile and will yield a very good harvest.
Tourism is simple, people are drawn to volcanoes for whatever reason.
Geothermal energy is another easy one. The geothermal vents create a lot of heat and pressure, by controlling the release of this pressure we can have a long term source of energy. Imagine all the power of an eruption, but over years instead of all at once.
