A “magnetic motorcycle” is an electric motorcycle. In this case permanent magnets are used in the motor (rather than the usual electro-magnets) in the, I would assume, field coils, saving somewhat on the amount of electricity to drive the thing. Note that the requirement for a battery is not done away with, but the demands on the installed battery are smaller.
