What emissions are produced by burning biofuel?

Question by Gee4God: What emissions are produced by burning biofuel?
What emissions does ethanol biofuel produce (or products) thanks :)
and do these emissions cause air pollution and do they also contribute to greenhouse effect, acid rain and ocean acidification?

Ethanol is a carbohydrate, [C2H5(OH)], right?
Its oxidation will produce CO2 and H2O, both of which
are ‘greenhouse gasses’.
It’s oxidation in air at higher temperatures can also produce some
oxides of the nitrogen in the air, [N2O, and NO2], which do
form acids when dissolved in rain.
Note that CO2 is also an acid an-hydride gas.
CO2 + H2O < ------> H2CO3 (carbonic acid).
