If we assume that 0.04% of the mass is converted to energy you have 0.4 mg of mass-to-energy conversion. 0.4 mg = 4 x 10^(-4) kg

E = mc^2

E = 4 x 10^(-4)(3 x 10^8)^2

= 1.2 x 10^13 J
