The world needs a new source of energy, an unspillable source.

  1. If you burn it in a car, you getH20 and NOx emissions, no CO2. But any method of generating Hydrogen produces loads of CO2–at least until we replace all our fossil-fuel power plants.

  2. WATA sun, why do you care like global warming is really happening/ if it is it will happen slowly, The fucking earth heats and cools natural man.

  3. It’s GREAT!

    Hydrogen reaction:
    2H2 + O2 –> 2H2O burned in engine it’s steam
If air is supplying the O2 then NOx can form if temperature is allowed to go very high. Albeit a miniscule amount compared to burning gasoline. For equivalent energy as a gallon of gas (that’s termed a GGE -gallon of gas equivalent) you’ll produce 18lbs of water vapor. In essence 2lbs of hydrogen and 16lbs of oxygen produces approx. 120000 btus of energy which is approx. the btus in a gallon of gas.
No products of carbon – no CO2, no CHx the troublesome green house gases. Worthy of note also no CNs. The exhaust from a hydrogen engine is distilled water.

Let’s put the questions this way: Which would you rather have with you running in a locked garage, A) a water producing hydrogen engine or B) a carbon monoxide producing gasoline engine?? The Earth’s biosphere essentially is a locked garage. It does have a natural filtration system that operates pretty well but like all filtration systems if it get overwhelmed it breaks down.

    Hydrogen is good!

  4. it is good because it won’t pollute our earth and it won’t contribute to green house gas because the only emissions it lets out is steam

  5. H2 is NOT a fuel. H2 is an energy storage system, no different than a battery. so no one can answer your question without fibbing.

What is the effect that burning hydrogen as fuel ?

What is the effect that burning hydrogen as fuel ? good or bad
Will produce greenhouse gas ? why ?
Will it pollute our earth ? How to reduce the pollution ?
