Question by chevrolet: What was meant by the term “Top kill” solution by BP?
i didn’t follow the news but what exactly is the meaning of top kill? they create these fancy names to generate enthusiasm but what good does it do? Instead of using fictitious terms like “top kill” why don’t they just say, “we are still trying”?
