Pulsing electricity cannot get more energy out than was originally put it.
That is a fairly interesting statement.
It takes advantage of ordinary folks understanding that if you hit a nail with a hammer, it works better than just pushing on the nail.
Electricity does not work that way at all.
In other words, the statement takes advantage of people’s lack of understanding of physics to promote a lie.
