The world needs a new source of energy, an unspillable source.

  1. Gas. Internal combustion engines provide unparalleled range, acceleration and use-ability. Electric cars are fine for short trips, except for your doubled electricity bill each month (which replaces a gas bill). Hybrids are kind of the worst of both worlds. It’s an electric car that uses gas, or a gas powered car that’s as slow as an electric and gets worse fuel economy than some all gas(diesel) powered vehicles. The electrics are quieter inside, but to me I don’t like that, I like being able to hear the car running.

  2. Quality may seem to be a very subjective measure. It may be easier to say what it is not than what it is. We sometimes contrast it with quantity. If I eliminate the aspects of vehicles that might be included in a term of quantity I would be eliminating things like drive distance and efficiency. As elements of quantity there is an argument that it simply confuses any definition if they are also considered a measure of quality.

Some people may say that they feel more secure with loud noises and vibration the same way that some may feel more secure in a crowd. Some may also say that they feel more comfortable with the smell of smoke, oil and gasoline fumes, body piercings, scars and generally tough experiences. These things may be measures of character, security, or even style, but perhaps not quality of life. It may be hard to separate this sense of security from the term quality. But if we take “quality” as something that promotes “physical well being” that can be measured, than it can be shown that noise and vibration like crowds stresses the body. Over time this has a wearing effect and can produce fatigue and irritability.1, 2

Petrochemical vehicles are known to produce by products. In a closed environment like a garage they have even been used as a means of suicide. It is absurd to therefore say that that such vehicles are harmless. The real question is, is the harm is they produce overwhelming. Some would argue that our environment is also a closed system and any pollutants produced by vehicles must therefore degrade the quality of the environment. This is particularly noticeable when traveling through a tunnel full of gasoline fumes. If our vehicle degrades the environment it necessarily degrades our “quality of driving.”

The silent, smooth, pollution free operation of the electric vehicle would therefore produce the best quality and a less hazardous environment than a vehicle with an ICE and this would include a hybrid to a lessor extent.

which is better in terms of quality gas, hybrid or electric cars?

ok guys environment aside which of these cars provide a better drive quality
