Question by ng: Why do I have a random patch of severe acne?
I have never broken out on my cheeks ever before. Randomly, a small patch of severe acne had popped up on my cheek, it comes to a head, then will bleed, then heal a bit, then flare up again…. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what I can do short of seeing the doc :( and possible causes?

if you look at face maps, acne on cheeks are usually caused by stomach problems such as digestion or leaky gut syndrome. basically, just eat the right food. increase your fermented food intake because they contain good bacteria. you can drink kefir. also chew slowly so that its easier for your body to digest the food. drink a lot of water too. and lastly, you might want to check acne.org forums. there are loads of information and remedies there. good luck!
