  1. Well the thing is we can make radioactive materials. Plutonium is an example. however we wont use it in cars and planes and such because accidents happen and i doubt you want a fission/fusion reactor falling from the sky and crashing into your backyard.

In the future, if we start using fusion and fission reactors to power almost everything, (planes, cars, boats, spacecraft, etc…) how soon will we run out?

If you have hydrogen and the technology for fusion, you will never run out of fuel.
