Question by csi7472: Will you judge my burger recipe?
I want to enter the food network’s best burger contest. It is based on flavor and new and unusual ideas. Here is mine: Ground chuck and sausage with cumin and chopped jalepenos. Bottom of bun-Smoked, refried black beans, & melted hot pepper cheese. Top of burger-more melted hot pepper cheese. Topping for burger-is a mix of chopped tomatillos, red bell pepper, red onion, & black olives. This mix is marinated in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, cumin & a dash of louisiana hot sauce. Top this on last before bun. What do you think.
