We are a Constitutional Republic and a Republic is a government where authority is derived through election by the people of public officials best fitted to represent them and members of congress were elected to represent the people of their states. Our founding fathers knew that the U.S. constitution did not cover everything so they included a process to create new legislation and an amendment process.
In other words the congress vote for the people.
So the congress [VOTING] to do things not prohibited by the U.S. Constitution is obeying the U.S. Constitution.
It won’t …until We the People take back our government and country.
