In this narrated clip the ROV is monitoring the gas and oil plume gushing from under the top riser cap. It looks to me as if they are doing some kind of sampling of the flow rate or composition. Notice the yellow tube or sensor in the ROV’s left manipulator arm. The other ROV’s shuffle around to let this guy in close to get a sample of the plume coming from under the riser cap device. Oh by the way it is still gushing!
