The world needs a new source of energy, an unspillable source.

  1. Dear Hip Doe,
With just an Ion engine, about six years. A better Idea would be a
Chemical rocket to get moving then switch to the Ion engine to keep
up the “pressure”. Also a solar sail would not use fuel. The rocket
would use fuel and lots of it but would give the spacecraft a Boost
to get started. It could be done in about six months with the booster.

  2. Hopefully, the engineers and scientists at Penn State U. will succeed in developing the Anti-Matter Spacecraft. This will reduce a trip to Mars from 8 months to 1 month.

**Write to your favorite Astronauts to terraform a moon or planet for you. There are over 540 trained Astronauts listed. Watch the U2 and NASA collaborative video about Space.

**Write to the AUASS (The Arab Union for Astronomy and Space Sciences) to terraform a moon/planet for you. Do it now before 2012, we only have 2 years time.

  3. an ion engine has about as much force as a peice of paper in a 1 g enviroment so it would take a while

I went to an astronomy camp a long time ago, and they said it would take like 5-10 years.
