The world needs a new source of energy, an unspillable source.

  1. great!!! you can also burn the bloody water it grows in !!
this may well be ALL water… if these GMOFREAKS are not careful….enough (evidently : they are not)

  2. I am also a huge believer in sustainable building such as with cob, rammed earth, adobe, etc. Our local building inspectors are corrupt and it is in their best interest to not approve of methods you can 1. source from your own property and 2. do yourself. Society keeps you enslaved to 30 year mortgages working jobs you hate. People would be much happier if they could live on a plot of land, build their own house, and grow their own food.

  3. I am a Christian conservative who supports capitalism. However, I only support capitalism on the basis of mutual benefit for all. What I do not support is when companies screw their employees over to maximise returns. Just remember any form of government can be oppressive and corrupt. Socialism is just as bad when they take from half the population to give to the other half what they did not earn. If people really followed the principals of what Christ taught we would be in much better shape.

  4. Partially yes, but it’s no use I have been trying to talk with everyone but they won’t listen only thing they care a bout is making money and especially from the misery of others. We just live in a terrible capitalist society full of greed selfishness and ignorance. Politicians always have big talk in to their pockets but never do the right thing to make things better..

  5. Make it work now dam it ! help press the global oil prize down we need cheap bio fuel op grow our economies. grow cheap oil from algae to fuel our economies !!

  6. well not necessarily be total demons. The green energy groups should just continue to have balls. Balls go a long way. A classic story is David vs Goliath. Which really is a story about how technology can make the weak powerful. Eventually, this Algae tech will catch up and it will be ridiculously profitable thanks to technological improvements. I myself can think of a number of ways to improve the processes they are showing. Once everyone put in their word in 10-15 years this will be viable.

  7. it works for Big Oil. I’m all for the goal of a sustainable fuel source. To compete with Big Oil, they have to act like Big Oil to put them out of business. This will be cheaper then oil drilling in the long run.

  8. This truly can be self sustaining process, you would power combustion engine which would generate energy you use that energy to generate electricity. Then you use electricity to sustain algae life and then they in turn would produce energy. If simple people were taught the process of turning algae to fuel then they could show world how green technology will save the world.

  9. Accepted. A jackass “also.” Its pronounced either way. Off to growing a brain now I suppose. You honestly assumed I was refuting the whole tech video as though he was saying it wrong? But I imagine you say it the same way when you get on topic. So it must have been you I offended. For that my friend, I deeply apologize.

  10. You do realize that we have materials that are both transparent AND solid, right?

  11. The word is GREEK and is pronounced AL YEE,
so you are also a jackass. Grow a brain and read a book
