   He never built units because they can not be built to work.

23. Since when? The German patent law is very strict – no trivial patents and technical patents are only granted if a working prototype has been provided.
    You can request an application or register a petty patent for everything but you’ll not get a real patent in Germany for an imaginary product.

26. i dont know about crazy glue, but another thing that can cause your eyes to burn is reflected laser light pulses from the laser tachometer. i noticed when you were doing the vid, you seemed to be lining the laser up directly perpendicular to the rotor looking directly at it. this can actually blind you.
