Question by john: Do you really think BP is doing all it can to stop the oil leak?
It’s been 41 days since the oil started leaking they tried there first idea to stop it, then it took them almost a month to figure out another way stop the leak with there “top kill” idea, I just hope there new way will stop the leak, I just hope someone from BP is fired!!
I’m sorry about the job firing idea I just thought 11 people died and countless wildlife and the fisherman economically struggle, somone deserves to be fired!!

since they are taxed on every drop leaked they should be

There just a greedy company. they don’t care about the oil spill. They only care about money.
well they finally tried on day 38 which took a few days-hell no. they should be removed from running it.
NO, BP is trying to stop the leak but at the same time maintain the well head for future use.~
They are now going to cut off the pipe and cap the well that way when they get the pressure relieved with an offset well they will be able to open it back up.~
Since that’s their profits getting pissed into the gulf I’m sure its a big deal to them. They either lose money fixing the leak or lose money on the oil that they cant sell most of.
Honestly I don’t see how BP gains from prolonging this spill. They want it stopped as much as everyone else.
The only people who really gain from this are the conservatives trying to pin this disaster on Obama.
I think they are trying very hard to stop the leak, but no one seems to comprehend how deep the leak is … ‘top kill’ was considered a risky, but last resort, and honestly, now we are screwed
BP’s has killed the gulf of mexico, and everything that lives in it, and maybe more … this won’t end soon

Yes they are. Unfortunately they made a few mistakes and they have covered up a couple things. If you wanna appear confident you don’t lie and cover up. I agree, some heads should roll. All three companies involved on that rig have made mistakes.
What’s even more concerning is these new deep water wells further out in the Gulf of Mexico.
I don’t think anyone really knows.
