I stood in the middle of the street to avoid the 40 kph traffic to get the composition (including the rotation of the blades) right. This was the third time out with the big white lens and it has received a few comments and stares.
Actually, this turbine is whisper quiet.

how did you get there? Because I m working on my photography assignment about environment and i want to take a picture of the wind turbine … please advice

I drove and parked inside the Exhibition grounds. You should take the Queen’s Quay streetcar number 509 which takes you into the Exhibition. You can then walk south towards Prince’s Boulevard inside the grounds where you can see the turbine which is located at the extreme west end of the grounds. You can also take the Dufferin Street bus number 29A and get off at the Dufferin gates of the Exhibition. That will bring you closer to the turbine.
