Four of the “Nestle nine†arrested for the June break-in of the recently sold New York Chocolate and Confections Company plant (formerly Nestle’s), in Fulton, appeared before Fulton City Court Judge Spencer Ludington Friday for bail review and consideration of pretrial release.
