Why do you want to? Nutmeg is much more valuable as a spice, the only plants suitable for biofuels at the moment are those that produce a lot of oil or starch/sugar, and in any case conventional biofuels use up more land and energy than they are worth.
There is a recent report of bio ethanol from switch grass, which uses the plant cellulose. If you’re interested in biofuels, this may be the way to go.
