As we know, a photovoltaic cell can be equivalently shown as a current source in parallel with a diode and then include Rs(series resistance) and shunt resistance Rsh. We have a standard equation for calculation output current I for such current.
My question is how do I get the IV curve, since I is on both side of the equation? How do I plot IV curve?

you must perform testing on a metric scales….
It’s an implicit equation (as you said I is on both sides, and it’s not possible to re-arrange it), so you need a program that can plot implicit equations. If you only have access to something like Excel (which only plots implicit functions), then you can try to set up a spreadsheet that will solve the equation for you (you re-arrange the equation so that you have all the terms on one side and 0 on the other side, and find I that solves the equation, for each value of V), and then plot the results.
