Question by Idanre Magus: Is it possible to learn Spiritual Truth (or any other truths) without conceding all of one’s arguments?
Is there any example of a Bible Prophet or Teacher who successfully taught people,
while being beaten in arguments, or conceding some point or points?
. 1st CORINTHIANS 2:14.
14. But the Natural Man receiveth not
The Things of the Spirit of God:
for they are Foolishness unto him:
neither can he Know them,
because they are spiritually discerned.
The position of the Natural Man (the least of six Levels of Spirituality in the New Testament:
-1. Natural Man; 0. Carnal Brethren; 1. Babes in Christ; 2. Little Children; 3. Young Men; 4. Fathers
– 1st Cor. 2:14; 1st Cor. 3:1; 1st John 2:12-14; John 8:31-32; 14:6; 1st John 2:3-6,21;) is that they have nothing further to learn. That they are certainly not blind (1st John 2:9-11; John 9:1-41;) but that rather those who claim to see, hear, feel, and perceive things that they cannot are neither Blessed nor Gifted, but delusional and insane.
. LUKE 8:11-12.
11. “Now the Parable is this:
‘The Seed is The Word of God.
12. ‘Those by the Way Side
are they that hear;
then cometh The Devil,
and taketh away The Word
out of their hearts,
lest they should Believe and be saved.’ ”
Can a person with this attitude toward Spirituality,
or anything be taught without first changing their attitude?
At this time in my country, the government is threatening to remove the “subsidy” on gasoline,
which will impose a 300% increase in the cost of gasoline, and other fuel oils extant.
I have suggested that we use the 1990s technology developed by Christian author
Stanley Meyer, of substituting WATER for Oil.
When I first heard about it, I realized what it had to be, having read about Atomic Hydrogen
in an out-of-print 1930s Chemistry textbook of an uncle’s, that I read some thirty years ago.
I had done Electrolysis experiments on my own as a Secondary School student-
and it did not occur to me that it was possible that I was the only Secondary School
student in the country to ever try this myself.
(Our educational system has been dumbed down beyond belief.)
To my great surprise, almost no science nor technology student
in the University where I work showed any interest in such a project!
Everyone said that they could see no possible way that water could be used as a fuel source!
This, without even doing one single experiment, nor even looking at the documentation.
Some even looked at the documentation, and decided that it was all rubbish.
This is supposed to kick in in the New Year, and lots of people are looking at bankruptcy,
should it go through, because Inflation will take off like a rocket, because the cost
of every category of transported goods will have to rise very unfairly.
(There are no regulatory bodies.)
My point is that people know that they are headed for a desperate situation.
In my country, if you go on strike, the government docks your wages
for the time you were on strike.
It is in people’s best interests to open their minds to new possibilities.
However, no one- not a single person- is backing me up on this.
If this tech takes off in my country, I will have to do it singlehandedly.
I expected that Christians at the very least, would first examine this idea,
before passing judgment, but one and all have decided that it is a lie.
According to popular Belief, to accept a lie is to allow the Liar to feed off your Soul,
and possibly control your entire mind, leaving you a vegetative husk.
This capability does exist.
However, The Bible says that Bearing False Witness is a sin (Exodus 20:16).
Christians in my part of our country are thus more afraid of Evil Sorcery than of God.
This is a major example, soon to affect the lives of up to 100 million people in Africa,
of people headed for an imminent unnecessary disaster, because those whose jobs it is
to examine these things on behalf of the laymen depending on them,
refuse to admit that there is something in Elementary Science that they do not know
anything about.

Ha, you used spiritual and truth in the same sentence – non sequitur. The sentence before the rant.
