Question by Steve: Which method did BP want to use to cap the oil spill first?
A friend of mine heard from conservative talk radio that the cut and cap method BP is using now was their Original plan. He also heard that the Federal Government forced them to use the Top Kill and Top Hat methods first. What I want to know is whether or not this is true and is there any hard evidence to support it?
