  1. suggest you search google for the “D9.PDF” file … this is a great newbie guide to getting it done … covers a range of topics from fairly simple to quite advanced … just dont take any of it as gospel … build it, then prove it is the best way to go … consider it a guide, not the law …

  2. your plan is not going to do as well as it might … I will try to explain but 500 char aint enough …

    1) number of plates determines voltage
    2) surface area determines max amps allowed
    3) each neutral plate causes a voltage drop
    4) optimum voltage per plate gap is 2-2.5v
    5) for 12v setup, use 5 plate gaps for best production
    6) for 12v setup, use 6 plate gaps for best efficiency

try -nnnn+nnnn- or -nnnnn+nnnnn- … either will do well …

  3. I am new to all this and i need help . zero has a 21plate set up puts out 5Lpm you have the same type set up.how do you decide the plate set. i am making a 12 plate wet cell set up –nnn++nnn– will it work well what should i change as i said I NEED HELP i ask zero he has not got responded yet. i,m some what lost at this thanks.

  4. I am building a unit with 304 stainless plates.I have read that for optimum generation a gap of .048″-.063″ is required. I plan on selling the plates already to assemble(cutting stainless is a bitch)then i found an article saying that using stainless produces hexavalent chromium in the electrolyte which causes cancer and is considered extremely deadly to internal organs! have you

  5. Also how dod you feel about allowing the fluid and gasses to enter and evit from both sides of the unit? Might allow more ease of flow.

  6. Tero advised offsetting your holes in the plates to minimize current leakage. Have you tried this, and did it make a difference? I just bought some 8×8 plates and haven’t drilled any yet.

  7. I bought a scrap piece off a seller on eBay … was not real expenisive … think I paid $50 and had enough to make two units … this one and another for a friend of similar dimentions …

  8. scarecrow, where did you get the sheet PVC?I havent had any luck in finding some.

  9. In your quest for Holy Grail of HHo are leaning toward higher voltages due to electrical/physics law >more voltage less amps needed. Obviously he have studied Bob Boyce concept-where higher voltages more plates produce more gas simply put-in reality its much more complex.

  10. I have tested this device at voltages from 12v all the way up to 110v. Come to think of it, when I was trying to crack distilled water with it, I think I pushed it all the way to 160v. With the setup I am using, I have found the device to be most efficient at about 70v and most productive without overheating at about 90v.

  11. I noticed that you have three connections to your cell. Are you try to run it at around 35 volts and if so how does it affect your efficiency?

  12. thank you … quite easy to build also … and is certainly the safest design I have come on so far …

  13. well, one thing I know for sure is that a mesh or any perforated type material will not lend itself well to a series design similar to mine. In a series cell, you really need to be able to seal the surface areas from each other. Even the holes I drilled in my plates cost me dearly in efficiency. So you will do better with your selected material running the plates in parallel and keeping voltage down to about 3v. As far as the multivibrator goes, have not tried that so let me know results.

  14. hi thanks for the advice on my previous cell two quastions for you do you think that my stainless stell mesh theory as seen on phase 7 – 5 of my own cell has any merit
    and
im thinking of using an astable multivibrator in my power supply to add a phase cycle do you think this will have any effect

  15. I am looking a variety of PEM technologies right now … you can get a decent working “toy” uit for about $300 for study … making at home is still a little ways off … soon … it is possible …

  16. yea your prolly right, i dont think the cells make very good water heaters anyway. would you take a look at this link and let me know if you think we/us/everyone can make these PEM units at home. or at least setup some small premade stacks and then can we deionize our own waterand past that whats the diff from our HHO and the 99.99 pure used for PEMs.
sry for the long write-up, just thought id ask for your take ty SSc

  17. Hey Crow,

Love the vid … good stuff.
Like the, short & long answers. Luv the middle finger … Sorry about the arthritis!!!
    Keep the good stuff rolling.

  18. short answer – bad case of arthritis

long anser – over the 32 years I have been married to same woman, lost 9 gold rings due to swelling/contracting of normal ring finger. Gave up and tried another finger. Worked. That ring is nearly 10 years old.

  19. short answer – yes

long answer – there are other issues with over driving that would argue against. You will leach more oxide, you electrolyte will deteriorate faster and your efficiency will be in the toilet. BUT, if the object was to crank as much gas as possible from a given device, you could over drive it up to about 6-7v per gap and it would make like old faithfull … at that point, being able to deal with heat would be a good thing.

  20. hey SSc i luv the dry cell! do you think cooling the cell or maybe the fluid at the in take side might give a good measure of latitude in overdriveing and ramping the cell up for greater potential :]

Some viewers have asked questions about the construction of my device. This video attempts to answer those questions that I have received to date. To see a series of still shots of the inner working of the electrolyzer and how it goes together, you might want to take a look at my first video release.
