NIKOLA TESLA could have saved us from this 100 yrs ago! please look it up, he created a wireless energy system that allowed energy to be obtained anywhere on earth! i put up info on my youtube and i demostrate a 20 ft wireless transmission to prove that the system works! we could build it right away and get off of this oil dependence, you can run cars wirelessly and never need oil again. please read tesla’s “increasing human energy” it tells u real clean energy TELL OTHERS!

I use to really like Google and their business model BUT now it seems kind of hippocritcal that, while holding China to standards of democracy and free speech, they are SELLING OUT TO BP to fill us with PROPAGANDA FROM BP. I’m thinking of trying out Microsoft’s BING now cause I don’t like that practice. I’m thinking that maybe Google has not only become a BIG BUSINESS but has forgotten it’s roots.

8. @Singlebassftw no it wouldn’t. that far out the nuke would have most energy absorbed my the water. and the waves will be killed by the sea floor contour i believe. but it is possible. but nuking a leak in the floor is hardly likely to fix it anyways.

10. If they don’t plug it soon, it’ll be hurricane season. New Orleans plus oil? I’ve pretty much given up on news, and politics, and all of that. All it does is cause fear. And you think that you’re seeing everything in the world, but really. One thing like this blocks out so many other things. Yeah, America has its bad moments. But so does any other country that has as much power. -Everything- is traced back to money. Not to some black president, or some white guy, or the Mexicans. Or -anyone-.

14. ask yourself why are the feds buying up all of our farmland and not growing anything, letting it go to waste. because they don’t want us to be able to sustain ourselves. its not about money, its about control of us. now they have destroyed all of our seafood, huh, i wonder where we will have to buy our seafood from…china maybe. can’t you see the pattern.

16. eighty percent of that oil went to china, they won’t let us drill closer to shore, its safer. they don’t want us to sustain ourselves. they pay our own farmers not to grow food, so we have to import food from other countries. now we will be buying seafood from other countries. they sent most of our factories overseas. do you see the pattern yet. when our gov’t starts a war, we will have no oil, or food or factories to build, like we did in ww2. do you see the pattern yet.

    Anyone have a number on the amount of Methane gas that leaks out here daily ?

24. BP has a 100 engineers and can’t even figure out how to plug a damm hole.Well once they destroy the entire Gulf coastline they can drill any damm where they want because NO ONE will be living there.This is plain ridiculous! Maybe they’ll have Gandalf wave his magic stick over it next!
    Your Grandchildren will have to deal with the aftermath and wonder why Feds didn’t just take all BP assets to speed up their so called “kill of this spill”. Takeing their money is a great motivator!

25. I wonder why BP is taking care of that? Isn’t this a rather great conflict of interest? BP has avoided to pay for a blow-out preventer. Why should they adequately pay for stopping this mess? They mus not pay more than 75 millions anyway. Every dollar invested in countermeasures is wasted for them. Its not their oil and its not the coast where the BP shareholders used to play golf or drink cocktails on the beach.
