  1. It takes more energy to produce the Hydrogen from water than it produces when burned. Net loss.
    Edit: I suspected that was where you ere coming from. However I have found no verifiable research that indicates that it works as claimed.

  2. Won’t it cost a great deal of money to make it safe? I mean – I know from experience it’s not that hard to run an engine on water – but the hydrogen is dangerous and making it safe is expensive.
