If you mean convert a diesel-engined car to commercially-available biodiesel, it’s not a problem at all (if you’re asking about converting a regular gas engine to diesel, it’s basically a new engine). If you’re wanting to use fast-food waste, grease-based, stuff, you’ll need to make sure a good filter is added in-line as it’s not that clean & a fuel tank heater as it also tends to congeal.
