A rig worker has claimed that he told both BP and the rig operator of a problem with a piece of equipment blamed by many for causing the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. He says he gave the warning weeks before the explosion at the rig, and says the problem was not fixed at the time. Tyrone Benton says that he spotted a leak on the rig’s Blowout Preventer (BOP), the device that is meant to shut the well down if there is an accident. He told the BBC’s Panorama programme that both BP and Transocean, who owned the rig, were informed of the leak, and the faulty part — a control pod — was switched off rather than being repaired. This comes as BP announced that the 2 relief wells that are being drilled to stop the oil spill will not be completed until August.

In this clip the ROV (remotely operated vehicle) is monitoring the gas and oil plume gushing from under the top riser cap. Then something happened. Lots of oil covers the lens and gushes by yet the ROV has not moved. It is still monitoring the spewing oil coming from under the riser top cap device.

BP warned yet failed to stand down work untill all were satisfied according to teh Gulf of Mexico S&H plan! READ IT! unsafe conditions then it was covered up by BP/ORM/VOO 1300+ Injuries and illneses. OSHA’ discrimination investigator allows coruption fails to investigate or get signed statements from culprits at BP, to put them in jail. Texas OSHA behind it all at the Directors office in cahoots with BP inspector, Homa Facility BP Safety Manager, and the USCG civilian inspector.

The entire world except the US pays the so called carbon tax, it’s called the KYOTO PROTOCOL. This rig worker was interviewed on 60 minutes, he witnessed the faulty BP leadership, and explained why the tests on the damaged device could not return correct data when it was tested.

Listen to Matthew Simmons on this link, and the problem with the rig had to have been rigged. There is not an oil leak that needed corexit either, that was to sink the oil so they didn’t get caught killing the gulf of Mexico. It looks like they had to blow up the rig to cover up the gusher 5-10 miles away that the NOAA boat found, and Matthew Simmons sais he saw the report of the real leak and it’s nwhere to be found on NOAA.gov site.
